"All the World's A Stage" is the fourth episode of the fifth and final season of La Femme Nikita. It was filmed from October 30-November 7, 2000.
Summary[]
Nikita is determined to make Mr. Jones tell her what he knows about her recruitment into Section One. When the Collective plans on purchasing a shipment of deadly Anthrax rockets from a former colleague of Mick Schtoppel, Nikita sees this as an opportunity to make Mr. Jones return to the field as his alter ego one last time. However, Nikita's attempt to discover the truth may lead to death for both of them.
Plot[]
[]
Nikita works in Systems at a station before an activated holo-screen. Other operatives, including Quinn, are also at their stations working. It is clear they have been working for a long time and are very tired. Nikita sighs heavily and runs her hands over her face. She glances around absently, deactivates the holo-screen, stands, grabs her jacket thatโs draped over her chair back and puts it on. Quinn notices this.
"What are you doing?" Quinn asks. "Iโm going to bed," Nikita replies. "No, youโre not," Quinn tells her. She rises from her station to confront Nikita. "Weโve got work to do," Quinn says. Nikita responds by telling her that she's been up all night. "Weโve all been running on fumes here," Quinn replies, annoyed.
Act 1[]

Nikita and Michelle talk at Center.
While she waits for Mr. Jones. Nikita asks Michelle how she got there. "You know I can't tell you that," Michelle answers cryptically.
Act 2[]
Nikita and Mr. Jones arrive at a club filled with people. The space is large and open with people dancing to the music a DJ plays. "Ah yes! Love it!" Mr. Jones proclaims, now fully in his Mick Schtoppel persona. He tells Nikita that he used to run a club just like the one they're in. "It had that banana republic meets fall of Saigon vibe. Very Fin de siรจcle. I had to close after the bubonic plague scare, though. Pity that." The make a round of the dance floor until Mr. Jones spots someone a woman he knows. He lays his Mick persona on thick, telling the giggling woman that she looks "scrumptious" and he gives her a brief twirl. Nikita looks on amazed by the performance. Then he spots someone else he knows and makes a large production of greeting them as well. "How do you do this?" Nikita asks. Mr. Jones dances merrily to the heavy beat of the music that's playing. "How? Well as Mr. Jones I'm a great observer of every strata of humanity. Every strata." Looking over the club, the spots their reason for being there. In a corner of the dance floor is a woman on a television screen. "Want me to go with you?" Nikita asks. "Stay close," Mr. Jones replies, as he continues to enthusiastically dance to the music.
As Mick, Mr. Jones dances his way to area of the club with the woman on the screen but he's cut off by a female bodyguard. He tells her that "he'd like to say hi to the lady" but he's told that she's busy. "Well, tell her that Mick's here...Mick Schtoppel." She assesses him for a second and turns to announce him to the woman on the screen. The woman agrees and Mick is told that he has one minute with her. He maneuvers his way through the people waiting for an audience with her and pleasantly greets her. Meanwhile, Nikita dances with a woman in the club while keeping an eye on Mr. Jones' progress. Maxima tells him that she can't talk right now. "Is that any way to treat an old friend?" He asks. "Unless you have twenty anthrax rockets, we have nothing to talk about?" She tells him. Mick scoff as the number, suggesting that he can be of some help for her. Nikita leaves her dance partner with a twirl and she makes her way to the bar where a Section operative is in position. Casually and still nodding her head to the music, she approaches him. "Do you want me to cover the outside?" She asks. "Nah, I got it under control," he answers. Nikita turns and subtly stuns the operative in the stomach. He falls back against a chair along the wall. Nikita pretends not to notice as she continues to enjoy the club's music. She grabs a nearby drink, places it near the operative's hand on the bar, straightens his head and then kisses him on the cheek before she walks off.
"I can't deal with anything flaky right now. These people I'm dealing with simply won't stand for it," Masima tells Mick. "Flaky? Masima, I've always delivered. My guys are reliable," he assures her. Masima considers him for a moment. "Bring me a sample of the anthrax. Prove the toxicity levels...we'll be in business." She gives him two hours. He laughs at the limited time frame. "Tick tock, Mick," she reminds him. It's also her dismissal. Mick turns and walks away and Nikita catches up to him. She asks how things went. "Quite well I think." Nikita is pleased and the two of them exit the club and get into their waiting limousine.
Act 3[]
In the limousine, Martin tells Nikita about how he got involved in everything. He was given two years to learn the lingo and the players of his new role. He loved playing Mick. Center was very pleased with his performance and offered him the "plumb role of Mr. Jones". Martin tells Nikita that he's never met the real Mr. Jones and communicates with him through Michelle. Nikita asks if Michelle is her sister but Martin doesn't know. He tells her that he doesn't have the clearance for that information. Nikita tells the driver to take them back to Center but Martin argues against it. He's worried that they'll kill him once they find out what he's told Nikita.
In the Tower, Quinn and Operations are in bed together. She strokes his temple and wants to know what he's thinking. He gives no answer and she apologizes for her presumptuousness. Operations sits up. "Let's not turn this into something it isn't," he tells her. Quinn says that she understands but Operations is skeptical. "I could be good for you...I know you feel under siege and under manned. We can turn this place around. I'm very good at what I do," Quinn counsels. She asks him for a chance. "I know things. There's a directive about to be implemented to undermine your tactical jurisdiction," she tells him. Operations wants to know who sourced her. "I pulled it off an Oversight relay." She has his attention. He rises to wash up but tells Quinn to continue.
Nikita and Mr. Jones arrive back at the club. He slaps the still unconscious Deming, who promptly wakes up and apologizes for his unprofessionalism. Mr. Jones tells him that he's disappointed in him and they'll talk later. Mr. Jones heads back to a waiting Nikita. They walk together a few steps and then split up while Mr. Jones as Mick approaches Masima's assistant. Mick shows her the anthrax samples he promised. From a few steps away, Nikita watches as the samples are tested and confirmed. The woman and Mick approach the screen with Masima and she's told that the samples check out. Masima wants Mick brought to her. "What about his friend?" She asks, glancing back at Nikita but Masima declines. "Oh no can do, Masima. No. She's a part of the package," Mick objects. Masima considers the request and then orders that they be sanitized. Immediately after the order is given, everyone in the club pulls out multiple firearms and points them at Nikita and Mick. Deming is once again rendered unconscious. "Would you mind stripping down, please," Maxima's assistant tells Mick.
Act 4[]
With Nikita a body conscious black slip and Mick in a pair of boxer shorts and a white tank top, the two of them are paraded down a dark street. Mick comments on how he's tried to get Nikita down to her "skivvies" for years. They arrive at Masima's location and she is delighted to see Mick. Nikita asks if their state of undress was truly necessary. After a brief once over, Masima agrees for Nikita and Mick to be given back their clothes.

A new "Mr. Jones" introduces himself to Nikita.
Nikita arrives at Center and approaches the administrative desk. Michelle is not present but another woman is now there. When Nikita asks for Michelle the other woman has no knowledge of her. Nikita enters Mr. Jones' office despite not having permission. Another man sits at the desk. Nikita asks him who he is. The man identifies as Mr. Jones.

She enters the house through a window and then slowly makes her way through the house and down the stairs. On the ground level she encounters Michelle, who greets her. She tells Nikita that they've been waiting for her. Michelle steps aside and allows Nikita entrance into a back room. "Father?" Nikita calls out as she crosses the threshold into the room.
