Percy is head of Division the main antagonist in Nikita. He has 7 black boxes, containing goverment's worst secrets, spread aroynd the world, guarded by Division's best agents, the guardians. If he dies, the boxes automaticaly sent their informetion, revialing their content. After the failure of opperation sparrow, Oversight replaced him with Amanda, and he was inprisoned.
