Salla Vacek was a high connected and insulated terrorist who sponsored terrorism on all major continents. Section's difficulty in making significant progress in infiltrating his organization let to the use of a rarely used blood cover mission to smoke him out. His daughter Elena Vacek was targeted by Section One and operative Michael. His assignment was to romance her and then marry if necessary.
Unbeknownst to Elena, Michael had only married Elena as part of a deep cover assignment to get to her long estranged father, Salla Vacek, a highly elusive and influential terrorist. Elena became the mother of his a child, Adam Samuelle, as a further attempt to lure Salla Vacek out of hiding. When Section's plans to mend the relationship between the father and daughter fail, Section One poisons Elena's to lure Salla Vacek to his daughter's death bed. The ruse works and a Section operatives kills Vacek and then "kills" Michael's as well inside Elena's hospital room. Elena hysterically witnesses their murders until falling into silent shock.
